The first national Short Sleeve Day--a day for psoriasis patients nationwide to step out and educate the public about psoriasis--will happen on the heels of the Psoriasis Cure Now Benefit Rock Concert, a public event scheduled especially for Short Sleeve Day. Details are as follows: Friday, September 14th El Rio NightClub 3158 Mission St (at Cesar Chavez) San Francisco, 94110 The event begins at 9:00pm and the first band will take the stage at 9:30pm. The two bands featured play New Wave tributes. It should be a fun way to celebrate Short Sleeve Day! I hope you will be able to join Psoriasis Cure Now volunteers at the El Rio. Please register for this event here: www.psoriasiscurenow.kintera.org/ssd-sanfran07. (Suggested tax deductible donation at the El Rio will be $10. If you contribute any amount online, you will receive an email receipt to take with you to the El Rio so you don't get asked to contribute again there.) If you can't attend the El Rio event in person, you can register, if you prefer, for the National "Virtual" Short Sleeve Day Event at: www.psoriasiscurenow.kintera.org/ssd-national07

Hi, I work for a market research firm that is currently putting together a focus group for people who have been diagnosed with Psoriasis. The focus group will take place at our downtown San Francisco office on Tuesday, April 15th. It will last 1 hour and 20 minutes and participants will receive $100 for their time. If anyone would like to see if they qualify to participate in this study, you can fill out a brief questionnaire at: survey.focusgroup.com/index.php?sid=2271(if clicking on this link does not work, copy and paste it into your web browser's address line) After you have filled out this brief survey, one of our call center representatives will call you to ask you a few additional questions and to schedule you for the project. Thanks for your interest!
